- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as ORDERINU is not responsible for items lost during return transit.
8. Cancellation Policy
- Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped.
- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.
